Who We Are
IBPH (International Brotherhood of Pedophile Hunters) is a for-profit apparel brand operated by a Texas-registered limited liability company. We are not a law enforcement entity, nonprofit organization, 501(c)(3), or vigilante organization. We sell apparel and voluntarily donate a portion of proceeds to independent investigators who work within the law and deliver results to law enforcement.
Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
You may not use the site to:

Products and Orders
All products are made to order and customized with your selected LOCAL (area code and city). Because each item is produced specifically for you, please review your order carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for errors in the area code or city you select at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or abusive. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you are charged is the price displayed at checkout. Shipping is charged separately based on your location and order weight.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards processed through our secure payment processor. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Donations
IBPH voluntarily donates a portion of proceeds from each sale to independent investigators who conduct sting operations targeting predators and deliver evidence to law enforcement. These donations are made at our discretion and are not guaranteed. IBPH is not a charity and donations are not tax-deductible. Purchasing an IBPH product does not create any legal obligation on our part to make a donation in any specific amount or to any specific recipient.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship via UPS. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We currently ship within the United States only.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the IBPH name, badge design, logo, taglines, comic strip artwork, and written content — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

By submitting photos or other content to IBPH (including through the #WearTheBadge program), you grant IBPH a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
